• acted for land developer, OSK Property Holdings Bhd on advisory and sale and purchase transactions of project development below:

(i) Iringan Bayu, at Seremban, which is a 770-acre sustainable township, integrating a 22-acre Wetland Park  that fosters family and community living; and

(ii) Ryan & Miho, located at the heart of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, which provides pure residential living with 2.2-acre facilities podium.

• acted for land developer, IJM Land Berhad on advisory and sale and purchase transactions of project developments below:

(i) Rimbun, a new township consists of several phases of houses, which sprawled across 1500-acre of land at Seremban 2; and

(ii) Bandar Rimbayu at Kota Kemuning, which is a mixed development of residential, commercial, recreational and parkland components that spread across 1,879 acre on site.

• acted for land developer, IOI Properties Group Berhad on advisory and sale and purchase transactions of project developments below:

(i) Alanis Residence, a well-planned mixed development township located in Kota Warisan, Sepang; and

(ii) 16 Sierra, a modern residential township with 16 themed gardens and provide residents a place where healthy living meets the convenience of a modern township.

• acted for Affin Bank Berhad, Ambank (M) Berhad, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Maybank Group, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank Berhad in relation to a term loan facility of up to RM3.0 million only taken up by  individuals and foreigners to finance on the purchase price of residential and commercial properties situated within Malaysia;

• acted for a listed company on a collaboration agreement, which focuses on delivering a complete and customizable payment solution and providing fully integrated payment platforms for businesses;

• acted for a foreign property development company in relation to advisory work involving real estate matters on a retainer basis; 

• acted for Joint Management Body of ECO World in conducting Annual General Meeting for residential, commercial and mixed development property;

• acted for individuals and foreigners including but not limited to sale and purchase transactions, perfection of individual and strata title of residential and commercial property; and
