(i) Iringan Bayu, located in Seremban, a 770-acre sustainable township, integrating a 22-acre Wetland Park that fosters family and community living; 

(ii) Hana Hills, located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, a designed 2.61-acre condominium development complemented by Japanese-inspired, wellness-focused facilities for multigenerational living;

(iii) Nuria, located in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, a Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) affordable housing project that caters to the needs of first-time homebuyers and young families; and

(iv) Mori Park, located in Shah Alam, Selangor, a 15.4-acre transit-oriented development (TOD), integrating residential and commercial spaces, including serviced apartments, flexi suites, and retail lots. 

• acted for a land developer, UOA Group in advisory and sale and purchase transactions of project development below:

(i) Laurel Residence, located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, a well-connected serviced apartment development within a 60-acre integrated township, offering dual-key layouts and lifestyle amenities;

(ii) Aster Hill, located in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, a 4.72-acre freehold residential development featuring semi-furnished units and 25 lifestyle facilities; and

(iii) Bamboo Hills, located in Kuala Lumpur, a vibrant 16-acre mixed-use development blending lush landscapes with unique F&B pavilions, modern residences, and a retail podium. 

• acted for land developers in advisory work for a project development, including drafting the Sale and Purchase Agreement, advising regulatory compliance, and transaction execution, reviewing ancillary documents, and liaising with local authorities to ensure smooth project completion and legal compliance.
